1. Returns

All products sold at Ty Handicrafts are covered under our 7 Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2) Refund

Though we take the greatest care in packing our items, we do realize the possibility of damages to the items you purchase, in transit. In case the product reaches you damaged, we offer you a full refund. However, the buyer is required to provide us with complete details of the damage involved and a digitized image and video of the damaged items for us to be able to process your refund claim. Intimation of damaged or defective items needs to be made within 24hrs of delivery of the package containing the damaged/defective items through e mail.

  • Refund will not be given to damages due to misuse of product.
  • A refund is NOT applicable if the difference is merely because of a difference in perception because of variable computer screen rendering of the images in our website. A refund is also NOT applicable if in the case of a jewelry item, if there is a problem of fitting. The sizes are clearly mentioned along with each item and should be reviewed well before purchasing.
  • The received product should be sent back to us and after receiving the same we will ship the actual product. The returning cost and shipping will be borne by TY Handicrafts
  • When part of the consignment is missing the Intimation for the same should be give within 24hrs with the digitized image of the received product. We will the replace the part at our cost.
  • MINOR ABERATION IS THE HALLMARK FOR HANDICRAFT PRODUCTS AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS DAMAGE.
  • In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we will be making a second attempt after getting the correct address with additional shipping charges. In care of rejection by the customer we will be able to offer a partial refund after deduction of the charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped.
  • Refund Processing: If a refund is requested, it will be issued to the original payment method within [10 business days] of return confirmation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Replacement: If you requested a replacement, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

3)Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
  • If you cancel an online orderafter we have shipped your items to you, the cancellation will be valid provided you send back to us the ordered items and we receive the items in their original undamaged condition. We will issue a refund after deducting the shipping and handling cost for having shipped the items to you.
  • A refund will be processed immediately at our end. The intimation will be given to you through mail.

Can I cancel / return a part of the order?

Yes, you can cancel / return a part of your order. Write to us at tyhandicraftsimpex@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll do the needful under our standard return/refund/cancellation policy mentioned above on this page.

Special Circumstances

  • Custom Orders:Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee a full refund for custom orders.

Exchange

  • NO Exchange is allowed on any product.
