Shipping

• All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.
• For domestic/International the shipping charges are different for different products and is mentioned clearly on the product page.
• The estimated time of delivery is around 3 to 10 working days for domestic orders depending on the location and around 7 to 21 working days for international orders. However in rare cases of unavoidable delays in dispatch the customer will be duly informed of the new expected delivery date.
• We do not guarantee any time limit for delivery, However In rare cases, delays might occur due to customs clearance delays, flight delays or other uncontrollable circumstances. .The customer will be duly informed of the new expected delivery date for her/his order.
• Shipping policy is different for wholesale and bulk orders. Will be decided from case to case.
• Customs charges & other international taxes etc, if any will have to be borne by the customer.
• For returns/refunds pl. refer to our return policy.
• In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we will be able to offer a partial refund after deduction of the charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped.
• In case of internal disturbance like war strike riots ets in the recipient place, we reserve the right to cancel the order if we feel the package cannot be delivered safely.
• Ty Handicrafts is not responsible for any octroi payment, the customer has pay octroi to the courier company if applicable in any of the places in India.

Delivery

• We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Blue dart, DTDC, DHL, professional, First flight, FedEx and Indian Speed Post.
• For Deliveries through reputed courier partners we will provide you with the tracking id for your order. By which you can track your deliver through respective web sites of our courier partners.
• If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners or send the parcel by Indian Post.
